Entirely. Tab to a card, press Space to pick it up, arrow keys to move it between columns and positions, Space again to drop, Escape to cancel. Every state change is announced to screen readers. Most boards treat this as optional. It is the reason this one exists.
A cap on how many cards a column will hold. Set one on In progress and the column turns red when you exceed it. It is the single most useful thing Kanban gives you, and most tools bury it three menus deep.

Yes. Press and hold a card for a moment to pick it up, then drag. The short delay is deliberate — without it you could not scroll the board without accidentally moving something.
